Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and European Union countries.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time below.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 7–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, local holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

• Orders of US$50 or more: Free shipping

• Orders below US$50: US$3.99 shipping

  For orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom and European Union countries, applicable import duties and taxes are included in your checkout total. No additional import charges are payable upon delivery.
