Returns & Refunds
At MechFable, we want you to feel confident about welcoming your little robot home. This policy applies to finished robots and DIY kits purchased from our store.
14-Day Returns
If you change your mind, please notify us within 14 days after receiving your item by emailing zyan78747@gmail.com. Include your order number or other proof of purchase and identify the item you wish to return. No reason is required.
Please send the item back within 14 days after notifying us.
Return Condition
You may unpack and inspect your purchase to understand its appearance and features. Please return all included parts, accessories and tools, and use the original packaging where possible to protect the item.
Where permitted by law, we may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. For DIY kits, this may include assembly, modification, damage or missing components. Opening the packaging alone does not automatically make a return ineligible.
How to Return
Contact zyan78747@gmail.com for return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not use the sender address on your parcel unless we confirm it is suitable for returns.
Contacting us for instructions does not make your statutory right to cancel subject to our approval.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend keeping proof of postage and using a tracked service.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please contact us when you discover a problem. Your order number, a description of the issue and photos, where available, will help us assist you.
We will provide a repair, replacement or refund as required by applicable consumer law. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
Handmade Character
Our robots are individually assembled or prepared by hand. Minor variations in wood grain, color, finish and component placement can occur.
These characteristics do not excuse defects or material differences from the product description, and do not remove your return rights.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
For change-of-mind cancellations, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
When you return your entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge, if paid. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable for a change-of-mind return.
Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights provided by applicable law, including mandatory protections available to customers in the United Kingdom, European Union and United States. Where those protections provide greater rights, they take priority.
