Products and Craftsmanship

Are your robots handmade?

Yes. Every RustSoul Studio robot is individually crafted or prepared by hand using wood and mixed metal components. Our products are not mass-produced by machines.

Are the designs original?

Yes. Our steampunk robots are original RustSoul Studio designs inspired by retro machinery, industrial details, and steampunk art.

Will my robot look exactly like the photos?

Each robot follows the design shown in the product photos. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in wood grain, component placement, color, and finish may occur. These differences are part of its handmade character.

Do you offer custom or personalized robots?

No. We currently offer only the original designs shown in our store and do not accept customization or personalization requests.

How can the robots be used?

Depending on the design and included accessory, our robots can be used as keychain charms, bag charms, necklace pendants, hanging ornaments, or decorative collectibles.

Finished Robots and DIY Kits

What is the difference between the finished robot and the DIY kit?

The Finished Robot – Ready to Use version arrives fully assembled and ready to use.

The DIY Kit – Assemble It Yourself version arrives unassembled, allowing you to build the robot yourself using the included parts and tools.

What is included in the DIY kit?

The DIY kit includes the prepared robot parts, connecting components, small screws, attachment accessories, and the tools required for assembly.

Are assembly instructions included with the DIY kit?

Yes. An English-language installation video is provided to guide you through the assembly process.

Who is the DIY kit suitable for?

The DIY kit is recommended for customers aged 14 and over. It contains small screws and other small components that may present a choking hazard. Keep all parts away from young children and never place them in the mouth.

What accessories are included?

Depending on the product, an appropriate attachment accessory is included, such as a key ring, hanging cord, or necklace cord. Please check the individual product page for the accessory included with that design.

Orders and Shipping

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are prepared and shipped from China.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard tracked shipping to eligible U.S. addresses costs $8. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is normally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, holidays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may apply for a return after receiving it, subject to our return policy.

Returns and Order Problems

What is your return policy?

Both finished robots and DIY kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must remain in their original condition, with all parts, tools, accessories, and packaging complete. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product price only. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the problem.

Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, exchange the product, replace the order, or issue a refund at no additional cost.

What happens if the shipping carrier loses my package?

If the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been lost, you may choose between a free replacement or a refund.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping it. Orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer are not eligible for a refund.

Care and Safety

How should I care for my robot?

Our robots are decorative handmade items. Keep them away from water, moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, heavy pressure, strong pulling, impacts, and drops.

Are these products children’s toys?

No. These products are decorative collectibles and are not intended to be used as children’s toys. They contain small metal components and screws. DIY kits are recommended for ages 14 and over.
